The Crusaders — Guardians of the Treasure
On the road to the Holy Land, your band of brothers must protect a precious relic, endure the trial of the desert, and keep faith and fellowship intact until the very end.
Experience true brotherhood in arms — supporting each other through long effort, pushing physical and moral limits, and understanding that the shared quest matters more than personal glory.

The Imaginary World
A fellowship of knights has formed around a sacred mission: escort a treasure — a relic, a manuscript, a symbolic object — across hostile lands to its final destination. The road is long, the obstacles many, but the brotherhood forged in hardship is stronger than any armour.
Bringing It to Life
Each patrol is a "commandery" with its own name, froissartage seal (shield) and role in the mission (scouts, supply, defence…). The Treasure — crafted by the leadership team before camp — stands visible at the heart of the campsite at all times and must be guarded. The entire programme builds toward a closing ceremony where the Treasure is delivered.
Activity & Campfire Ideas
**The Desert Crossing**: an endurance game with timed stages, water rationing and map navigation.
**Siege of the Fortress**: build a fortified camp in froissartage that "raiders" will attempt to capture in a night game.
**Illuminated Manuscript Workshop**: each patrol illustrates a parchment recounting a camp exploit.
**Fellowship Campfire**: a circle sharing of hard moments and victories, closed by all commanderies singing together.
Going Further
Lead a reflection on what each scout is ready to stand up for in everyday life.
Tips & variations
Make the Treasure tangible — even a simple painted and engraved chest is enough. Scouts will fight twice as hard to protect something they can actually hold.
